Simona is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc, where she completed a Master’s degree in Law and Legal Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Law in Public Administration.

During her studies, in order to enhance her practical experience, she completed an internship at the Olomouc City Hall (MMOl), Department of Administrative Activities, in the section dealing with misdemeanors. She successfully completed her Bachelor’s degree in 2021 by passing the state final examinations and defending her Bachelor’s thesis entitled Vegetarianism as a Subject of Discrimination.

In her third year, Simona decided to explore the field of advocacy. She joined the law firm Specialis in 2022 as a legal intern, where under the supervision of our attorneys she worked on cases primarily in the areas of civil law, family law, and personal data protection.

She completed her Master’s degree in 2024 after successfully passing the state final examinations and defending her Master’s thesis on Rights Arising from Defective Performance in a Purchase Agreement after Amendment No. 374/2022 Coll., thereby deepening her expertise particularly in the field of contract and consumer law. Following her graduation, she joined our team of junior associates.
