Michaela is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc. During her studies, she worked in a student legal clinic, where, under the guidance of attorneys and university professors, she solved cases mainly in the areas of civil law, family law and civil procedure law. In order to increase her practical experience, she completed an internship at the Regional Court in Ostrava – Olomouc branch, where she worked in the criminal law section.

She joined Specialis in 2019 as a trainee lawyer and after successfully passing the state final exams she expanded her team of trainee lawyers.

In 2021, Michaela defended her thesis on the topic of active standing to bring an action against a decision of an administrative authority under the Administrative Procedure Code, thus deepening her knowledge in the field of administrative justice and administrative law.

In addition to working as an advocate, she studies and teaches the English language and is able to provide legal services in English.
