Graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and two other universities of economic specialization in Brno and Prague. In 2016, he obtained a Ph.D. in Theory of Law from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. He is currently working externally with the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno at the Department of Theory of Law. He publishes articles in professional journals. He is currently working as an attorney at law, where he focuses closely on tax law, especially in the area of tax litigation before administrative courts. He started this specialization in 2007 together with Ondřej Lichnovský.

Another area in which he works is cyber security. In Schola servis GDPR, s.r.o., a company dedicated to the protection of personal data, he acts as its expert guarantor. He is also active as a member of the legal committee, lecturer, examiner and expert in the field of hunting law at the Czech-Moravian Hunting Union.
