Tomáš graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc with a degree in Law (Mgr.) In 2016 he successfully passed the bar exam with an excellent grade. In the same year, he defended his rigorous thesis at the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc and obtained the degree of JUDr.

As part of his law practice, Tomáš specializes in representing clients in tax proceedings and proceedings before administrative courts. He has been working intensively on these issues alongside Ondřej Lichnovský since 2013. During this time he has attended dozens of proceedings before tax authorities, regional courts and the Supreme Administrative Court. His arguments are behind the success of many cases formally represented by Ondřej Lichnovský. He also acts as a defense attorney focusing on the defense of economic crimes. Together with Jitka Kajnarová and Táňa Horvath Čapková, he forms the basis of the tax section of Specialis.
