Jitka is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc, majoring in Law (2013). In 2017 she passed the bar exam with an excellent grade. Jitka has been involved in tax litigation almost since the beginning of her legal practice. Since 2015, she has been providing legal services in representing clients in tax proceedings at both levels, in proceedings before regional courts and the Supreme Administrative Court, and also before the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic. She has been involved in dozens of cases. Her arguments are behind the success of many cases formally represented by Ondřej Lichnovský. Together with Tomáš Kajnar and Táňa Horvath Čapková, she forms the basis of the tax section of Specialis.

In her practice, she emphasizes continuous self-education, for which purpose she closely follows the development of case law and doctrine in the field of tax law. She regularly participates in educational events and professional conferences.
